Mel Davidson
Chief Financial Officer

Mel has been with the firm since its inception in 1999. She is responsible for investor relations, legal compliance, accounting and financial reporting.

Prior to New Atlantic, she was Administration Manager at InteliData Technologies Corp., working primarily in legal on SEC filings, stock administration, contracts and annual meetings/proxy process, as well as in the accounting, human resources and facilities areas. Prior to InteliData, Mel worked in venture capital at both Allied Capital Advisers in Washington D.C., an investment adviser to a group of investment companies, and Rural America Fund, an SBIC. As Office Administrator at Allied Capital, she assisted the President, worked with the legal, accounting and human resources departments, supervised the administrative staff, coordinated SEC filings for five public companies, developed several company manuals, designed the company's first contact database and trained employees. Mel brings a lot of energy, enthusiasm and dedication to the New Atlantic team.
