EnerNOC, Inc. Named 2007 Top IPO in New England

BOSTON, MA, December 11, 2007 – EnerNOC, Inc. (NASDAQ: ENOC), a leading provider of clean and intelligent energy solutions, announced today that the Association for Corporate Growth Boston (ACG) and Mass High Tech have named EnerNOC the 2007 Top IPO in New England.

A panel of independent judges evaluated the most interesting life science and technology merger and acquisition transactions, initial public offerings and financial restructuring transactions from June 30, 2006 through June 30, 2007. To qualify for consideration, at least one of the companies involved in the transaction must be New England-based and the transaction must be at least $5 million in value. Other finalists in the Top IPO category were Molecular Insight Pharmaceuticals Inc., Netezza Inc., and TechTarget Inc.
