Luminus Devices Announces North American Expansion

Luminus Devices, Inc., developer and manufacturer of high light output, PhlatLight® LEDs, today announced the appointments of William Wholley as Director of Sales – Eastern/Southeast Region and Warren Forman as Director of Sales – Northeastern Region. They will be responsible for developing and managing direct-customer as well as distributor accounts.

Ward, president and CEO, Luminus Devices. “Bill’s and Warren’s deep lighting market knowledge, strong senior level sales leadership experience delivering technical solutions, and established customer relationships will contribute to driving our aggressive growth targets and accelerate our market penetration.”

Prior to joining Luminus, Wholley was East Region Sales Director for Iwasaki/EYE Lighting, a leading manufacturer of lamps and lighting products based in Cleveland. He has extensive senior level management experience with GE Lighting and Panduit and holds a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University.

Prior to joining Luminus, Forman held several senior sales management and product development engineering positions with Texas Instruments in the US and abroad. He holds a BS in Optical Engineering from the University of Rochester, and an MBA from the University of Dallas.
