Eryn Lampe

Operations Manager

Eryn joined New Atlantic Ventures in 2005 bringing a diverse background and range of experience.  She is responsible for the administrative functions and office management of the firm’s Reston office.  She assists the Partners and CFO on special projects, maintains the company website and interfaces with entrepreneurs on a daily basis. Prior to joining NAV, Eryn worked in special events at Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts, as an bookkeeper for a CPA practitioner, as an office manager and agent in the travel industry and as a project lead and photographer for a national school photography company.

Southern Illinois University, B.A. Mass Communications and Media Arts

Personal Interests

When not at work, Eryn enjoys spending time with her husband, two boys and their Golden Retriever. She loves watching her sons play sports, cooking, reading, hiking, visiting our National Parks and volunteering for many organizations. Her favorite get-a-way spot is on the beach in North Carolina.
